AzaSuf
Master Service & Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 2026
1. The "Contract First" Principle (Legal Hierarchy)
This website policy serves as a general framework for AzaSuf’s operations. The specific Service Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or Master Contract signed between AzaSuf and the Customer is the governing document for all legal purposes. In any situation where this policy and the signed contract differ, the signed contract takes absolute priority. This policy is intended to supplement, not replace, the individual agreements made with our clients.
2. Service-Specific Protections
A. Creative & Design Services
Includes: Branding, UI/UX, Graphic Design, and Video Production.
Approval Gates: We operate on a milestone approval basis. When a design phase is approved (via email or project management tool), it is considered final.
Non-Refundability: Due to the bespoke nature of creative labor, payments for completed milestones or “kill fees” for work-in-progress are non-refundable.
B. Technical & Development Services
Includes: Web/App Development, Software Engineering, and Systems Integration.
Code Ownership: Access to source code, staging environments, or live deployment is only granted upon receipt of full payment for that phase.
Post-Launch Logic: Once a site or application is moved to a “Live” environment or “Production,” the service is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.
C. Performance Marketing & Media
Includes: PPC (Google/Meta Ads), SEO, and Social Media Management.
Media Spend: AzaSuf is never liable for refunds on media spend paid directly to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
Management Fees: Fees for strategy and management cover our expertise and time. These are non-refundable once the service month has commenced.
D. Lead Generation & Data Delivery
Data Integrity: Our liability is limited to the replacement of invalid data points (e.g., incorrect contact info) as defined in your Signed Contract. We do not offer cash refunds for lead performance, as external market factors are beyond our control.
3. General "Safe" Clauses for AzaSuf
Payment as Acceptance: The act of paying an invoice constitutes a formal acceptance of the deliverables associated with that invoice. No refunds will be issued for work that has been paid for and delivered.
Third-Party Dependencies: AzaSuf is not responsible for losses caused by changes to third-party APIs, algorithm updates (Google/social media), or service outages from hosting providers.
No Unilateral Chargebacks: The Customer agrees not to initiate credit card chargebacks or payment disputes. All disputes must be handled through the “Conflict Resolution” process outlined in the Signed Contract.
Termination: Either party may terminate the relationship according to the notice period specified in the Signed Contract (typically 30 days).
4. Conflict Resolution
Any request for a refund or service credit must be submitted in writing to legal@azasuf.com. We will evaluate the request against the Signed Contract and our internal logs of work performed.
By utilizing AzaSuf services, the Customer acknowledges that our professional relationship is primarily governed by the individual signed agreement between both parties.

Everything You Need to Know About Azasuf, The Digital Game Changer. Engineered for Profit
Most agencies just “post ads” and hope for the best. We treat your growth like an engineering problem. We don’t just send traffic to a website; we optimize the code, the speed, and the sales funnel to ensure that the traffic actually turns into money.
Security is our priority. We never ask for your personal login passwords. Instead, we use professional “Business Manager” and “Client Center” invites to access your accounts. This ensures you maintain 100% ownership and can revoke access at any time.
While you’ll see traffic and data immediately, we tell our clients to look for “scalable” results after the first 90 days. The first month is for setup and testing; the second is for optimization; the third is when we start turning up the volume on what works.
A great ad cannot save a bad website. As part of our “Conversion Engineering,” we audit your landing pages and user journey. If your site is slow or confusing, we tell you exactly how to fix it or we do it for you to make sure the ads actually pay off.
To get enough data for the “engineering” process to work, we typically recommend a minimum ad spend of £2,000 to £3,000 per month. This allows us to test different audiences and creative styles quickly to find your most profitable path.
We don’t believe in trapping clients. We usually work on a month-to-month basis or a 90-day initial “Sprint.” Our goal is to keep you as a client because we are making you money, not because a piece of paper says you have to stay.
We provide clear, transparent reporting. You will receive a high-level performance update every week and a deep-dive strategy call once a month. We focus on the numbers that matter: leads, sales, and ROI not just clicks.
It starts with a Strategy Audit( hyperlink strategy audit page ). We look at your current digital presence, identify the biggest “leaks” in your funnel, and provide a roadmap of how we would engineer your growth. If we’re a good fit, we can usually live within 7–10 days.
